Uploading Audio to Generate A Transcription

If you have pre-recorded audio, it can be easily uploaded to NovoNote for transcripts and notes to be generated. 

1. Go to the Upload Section

• Click on "Upload Audio" on the main page. 
  
  

2. Select a client 

• Search for an existing client or create a new client profile to assign the session. Transcripts and notes will be generated accordingly. 
  
  
  
  
  

3. Review the Session Date and Note Template 

• Assign the session date and choose a note template. 
  
   
  
  

4. Upload the File 

• Click or drag & drop an audio file into the space provided. 
  
  
  

Tip: Currently, the maximum file size for audio uploads on NovoNote is 400MB. 

5. Generate Notes

• Click on "Generate Note" to start. Transcripts and notes will be generated accordingly.
